Referral Partner Terms

Effective September 21, 2026. You must be at least 18 years old and use a verified OmNom email account to participate.

How rewards work

For each eligible, successfully paid restaurant order placed during a referred restaurant’s first 90 days after it goes live, you earn 50¢ and the restaurant earns 50¢. Each side is capped at $500 per referred restaurant, and only the first 1,000 eligible orders can earn rewards. The 90-day interval begins at the restaurant’s first live activation, includes that instant, and ends immediately before the same instant 90 days later.

Eligible orders must be completed pickup or delivered orders. Practice, invalid, fraudulent, canceled, refunded, and disputed orders do not qualify. We may reverse rewards when a refund or dispute occurs later. Rewards mature after a 30-day hold and are sent to eligible Stripe-connected accounts in monthly batches. Stripe transfer timing and bank payout timing can differ.

Referrals and ownership

You may refer multiple restaurants, with up to five referrals that have not yet gone live at a time. Duplicate leads and already-live restaurants are not eligible for automatic attribution. You may withdraw an unclaimed referral. A referral does not make you the restaurant owner. The verified owner must claim the restaurant and personally complete legal, identity, and payment setup. You may edit your prepared draft only before the owner claims it.

Messages and conduct

Only ask OmNom to text a restaurant contact when that person has already expressly agreed to receive the invitation, and accurately record how and when they consented. Do not submit misleading contact information, refer yourself, manipulate orders, or abuse the program. OmNom may suspend abusive activity and withhold invalid rewards. You may share your personal referral link without asking OmNom to send a text.

Changes

OmNom may offer a different reward schedule for future referrals. The program version assigned to a referral controls that referral’s reward amounts and caps; a later schedule does not silently change earlier rewards. Questions? Contact OmNom support.
