Referral Partner Terms

This agreement takes effect for new referrals when OmNom activates program partner-only-v2. Its effective activation time is published with the current program. Accepting this agreement does not replace the terms assigned to an earlier referral.

Eligibility and rewards

You must be at least 18 and use a verified OmNom email account. Joining is free. For each eligible order at an eligible restaurant you referred, you earn 50¢. The restaurant receives no referral reward under this program. Rewards start when the restaurant completes verified owner, menu, legal and payment setup and goes live. There is no fixed earning expiration, dollar cap or rewarded-order limit. Earnings depend on real eligible orders and are not guaranteed.

Eligible orders are successfully paid, completed pickup or dine-in orders placed at or after the restaurant’s first eligible activation while partner-only rewards are earning. Practice, invalid, fraudulent, cancelled, refunded and disputed orders do not qualify. A later refund, dispute or fraud finding may reverse the corresponding reward. Retired delivery services are unavailable; this agreement does not reactivate them.

Profitability pauses and resumption

OmNom may pause future partner-only rewards for company profitability reasons with at least 30 days of advance notice. OmNom assesses company operating results after referral costs; a payment-provider cash balance is not a profitability determination. Notice states the effective date and time and is published persistently in the app and sent to your account email as a service communication, independent of marketing preferences.

Whether an order can earn follows its placement time. An otherwise eligible order placed before a pause can still earn when completed after the pause. Orders placed at or after the pause begins, and before rewards resume, do not earn rewards. Resumption is prospective at its published effective timestamp; it does not backfill rewards for paused-period orders. Attribution remains assigned during a pause. Pauses do not cancel earned rewards, stop their maturity or payout, or change original benefits under legacy program versions.

Maturity and payouts

Rewards mature after a 30-day hold. OmNom sends a monthly Stripe transfer when your net mature referral balance reaches at least $10 and your payout account is verified and ready. Smaller earned balances carry forward and remain owed. Stripe transfers and bank arrival are separate. Refund and dispute adjustments, tax and identity verification, and provider restrictions may affect timing. If no further rewards are expected and your balance is below $10, contact support about final settlement.

Referrals, ownership and conduct

You may refer multiple eligible US restaurants, with up to five referrals that have not gone live at once. Already-live restaurants, duplicate leads and self-referrals do not qualify for automatic attribution. Obtain owner permission before preparing details or uploading menu photos. A referral grants no restaurant ownership or merchant access. The verified owner must claim and review the restaurant and personally complete legal, identity and payment setup. You may withdraw an unclaimed referral and edit a draft only while permitted by its claim and menu state.

You share referral links through your own device and messaging account. OmNom does not send a partner invitation on your behalf. Follow applicable messaging rules, contact restaurants respectfully, and do not submit misleading information, manipulate orders or abuse the program. OmNom may suspend abusive activity and withhold or reverse invalid rewards.

Earlier participants and changes

Every referral created before the new program activates—including drafts and unclaimed invitations—keeps its original program version, amounts, earning window and caps. Accepting this agreement applies to future referrals; it does not convert old referrals or extend their original reward windows. A download alone assigns no program version. Existing participants may continue viewing and managing existing referrals and accessing earned balances without accepting this agreement for new referrals. Existing payouts remain governed by their applicable terms.

Future economic offers apply through a new immutable program version and explicit agreement acceptance for new referrals. Existing rewards are not silently rewritten. Account deletion remains permanent; it does not forfeit existing eligible rewards or close independently owned restaurants.
