If an OmNom referral reward has not reached your bank, first identify how far it has progressed. A referral can be recorded before it earns anything. An earned reward can still be on hold. A transfer can leave OmNom before a bank payout arrives.
Checking those stages in order helps you find the next useful action. Start with the referral’s recorded status and earnings, then check its assigned terms, your payout setup, and any transfer information available to you.
1. Check whether the missing amount is recorded as earnings
Open the referral in the app and review its current status and earnings. Creating a draft or sharing a link does not start rewards: the restaurant must go live and receive eligible orders.
Separate these two questions:
- Is the referral or its earnings missing? Record the specific mismatch and ask support to review it.
- Are earnings present, but money has not reached the bank? Continue with the hold, balance, and payout-setup checks below.
An owner saying they finished setup is useful context, but it does not establish that every requirement for earning or payment has been met. Write down what the app actually shows rather than estimating a payment from the number of orders someone remembers.
If the restaurant or attribution looks wrong, use the existing referral record. The referral attribution review guide explains what to collect for that problem. Creating another draft will not explain a missing payout and can introduce a duplicate lead.
2. Read the terms assigned to that referral
The version assigned to a referral controls its reward schedule. A later offer does not silently replace an earlier referral’s amounts or caps. Use the applicable agreement when checking whether an amount should have matured or transferred; do not combine rules remembered from different offers.
For example, the published 2026-09-24-v3 agreement provides for a 30-day reward hold and monthly Stripe transfers once the recipient has at least $10 in net mature referral rewards and a ready Stripe account. Those conditions work together. Reaching a displayed balance does not by itself establish that all of it is mature or ready to transfer.
Read the Referral Partner terms, and check which version applies to the referral you are investigating. If you cannot establish that, ask support to identify it before calculating an expected payment. The program’s terms page resolves the public offer; your question may concern a referral assigned an earlier version.
Use the terms to answer three separate questions:
- Has the reward’s required hold finished?
- Does the net mature balance meet the applicable transfer minimum?
- Is the recipient’s payout account ready for the scheduled transfer?
A hold ending does not promise a bank deposit that same day.
3. Distinguish the total balance from the mature balance
A later refund, dispute, or invalid order can reverse a reward. An adjustment for a reward already transferred can be offset against later mature earnings. Use the app’s current recorded balance when asking about payment.
Here is a hypothetical example under the v3 transfer rules. Suppose a partner has $14 in recorded rewards, but only $8 is mature and $6 is still on hold. The mature amount is below the $10 transfer minimum. The combined $14 is not enough to conclude a transfer is due.
If another $2 later becomes mature, that would bring the mature balance to $10 only if no other adjustment changes it. Payout readiness and the monthly transfer schedule would still matter. This is an explanation of the threshold, not an earnings forecast or an example of a real partner’s account.
Smaller earned balances carry forward; they are not forfeited merely for falling below the minimum. If you do not expect further rewards, contact support about the remaining balance. Do not create artificial orders to cross a threshold.
4. Check payout readiness even if a bank is connected
A linked bank is one part of setup. OmNom’s payout-readiness guidance also calls for completed account details, payout eligibility, and an active transfers capability.
Follow any outstanding requirement shown in the secure payout form. You can begin referring before completing payout setup, but identity, tax, and bank requirements must be completed before OmNom transfers your rewards.
For this check:
- Use the payout setup reached through your OmNom account
- Review the status and any specific remaining action
- Enter sensitive details only in the secure form
- If you cannot complete an action, tell support which step is blocked and the non-sensitive error wording
OmNom creates a connected payout account for the program. An unrelated Stripe account you already use is not automatically reused. Completing that other account’s setup would not establish that your OmNom payout account is ready.
Never send a tax ID, full bank account number, identity document, password, or sign-in code with a support question. Support can understand a description of the blocked step without receiving those details in email or chat.
5. Separate an OmNom transfer from bank arrival
The v3 agreement distinguishes Stripe transfer timing from bank payout timing. If a transfer is recorded but the money is not in your bank, report those as two separate facts.
Check the transfer information available in your account and the bank destination’s masked details where shown. Record the amount, date, and current status without copying full bank details. If the destination looks unfamiliar or the status is unclear, contact support rather than guessing or starting a new account.
A useful question is: “Is this amount still waiting for an OmNom transfer, or has it transferred and is awaiting bank payout?” That gives support a specific stage to investigate. Do not assume a particular day of the month or next-day arrival unless your account’s actual information supports it.
6. Send one support request with the missing stage identified
Contact OmNom support with a short factual summary. Include:
- The email on your Referral Partner account
- The relevant restaurant or referral
- What the app currently shows for status and earnings
- The amount you are asking about and any visible hold, transfer, or payout status
- The terms version, if known, and any unfinished setup step
- The outcome you need clarified, such as a missing reward or a recorded transfer without bank arrival
For example: “My referral shows earnings, and payout setup still lists an unfinished requirement. I’m blocked at [step]. The message says [non-sensitive wording]. What do I need to complete?” If the issue is bank arrival, replace that explanation with the recorded transfer date and status.
Remove sensitive information from any screenshot before sharing it. There is no general support response-time promise for payout questions.
Keep the investigation tied to the same account and referral. Once you know whether the gap is recorded earnings, maturity, setup, transfer, or bank arrival, you can ask for a precise next step instead of repeatedly restarting the process.
